    with the hexbug ant thing you only pay £3.95 delivery... so if they are not charging delivery does it mean u'll get this free?

    I ordered the hexbug ant but it hasn't been dispatched yet - apparently the estimated dispatch date is yesterday so not looking great!

  • i dont understand why they haven't sorted the glitch on sale items or pulled the discount code if they are not going to honor, or maybe they get pleasure from our pain :o

    I got a standard e mail about the 2 products I ordered being followed up with suppliers so I e mailed them to ask how that can be as the products were in stock when I ordered them and they are still in stock now. I received the following reply:


    Hello

    Thanks for your message

    Apologies that the automated email service as issued that message, I can confirm that all items ordered have been dispatched and will be with you shortly.

    Regards

    I subsequently got despatch e mails for the 2 items although they were despatched separately and so I got 2 different despatch e mails. So don't despair if you get the following up with suppliers e mail as it is not a cancellation e mail.

    I have the same thing not holding my breath on it

    I also ordered something from the last glitch - took weeks to be 'dispatched' unsurprisingly it hasn't turned up at all....at least I didn't pay for that one

    Thanks for the code lead. I used it to purchase an AeroPress coffee maker for £11.49 (not including the P&P) for the Hubby. :T

    Those things are really good! We bought one ages ago for a friend and she uses it all the time. Rather overpriced for what it is really, but not with the code!;)
