just got a despatch email for the pineapple slicer and on the invoice on that it says 0.00 and nothing about del, checked bank and it hasnt been taken out nor is it waiting to be taken, looks like its a freebie!!!0

Checked yesterday as my pineapple slicer still said not despatched - so checked with them and got email to say I probably would not get it in time for christmas - so said I would cancel order - which I did last night. Suddenly this morning I get an email saying its been despatched..... really cross as no longer want it and had cancelled item - no way will it get here in time for the person I wanted it for - but refuse to phone them and waste my time/money on premium rate calls!
Have to say after my last two experiences of the company - I would never buy from them again :mad:0 -
Getting crosser by the minute - how can they 'uncancel' my order - when it was clearly displayed as cancelled last night - someone would have to deliverately uncheck the cancel box to send/charge me for the item - absolutely outrageous of the company!0

Not entirely free as still had to pay towards it - which is why I was cross with them - still think they do not have the right to 'uncancel' an order - would be worried about buying from them again if they do this kind of thing.0 -
