    Mine too, and no charge here either. (though Natwest ebanking doesn't appear to show pending 'reserved' charges - so don't put too much stock in that)

    Are you using the original code with a number 0 at the start? If so, it needs to be changed to a capital letter O. Other than that, try clearing cookies then log in again?
