I emailed them also and had a reply stating I would recieve a refund and to keep the wipes! Email them and say part of your irder is missing and where is it blah blah and see what they say! If they dont tell you to keep them I can forward you my email and then you can tell them they should treat every customer the same etc!

I just told her to organise a courier then and she just got back to me and said i can keep the items as they are personal hygine and cannot be returned but i will get a full refund

Keeping mine also. Spoke to a lovely lady who arranged the refund whilst chatting. If I didn't get a refund I'd call back and say you were expecting the refund to have gone through but it hasn't and could they do it now.

Finally got through. They will refund, and said I can keep the 4 pack of wipes as a goodwill gesture. :cool:
