  • Rang the 0800 number and told them that I wanted a refund as I was expecting 16 packs of wipes not 4. After much deliberation and also saying " well I've spoke to friends of mine who ordered these and they have been given a refund and been told to keep the wipes as its a personal hygiene item" So, I've been told to keep the wipes and that I would be refunded within 2-3 days :T:T:T

The email is the same one when the Geox I ordered came and the wrong shoes were in the box. I think a meaner email or a phone call is in order.
  • Mine have just been delivered strange time to deliver but hey

So who do I phone now then about it

  • Go to amazon and log into your account. Try clicking onto returns and it will give you an 0800 number to ring. Hope this helps.
  • Thank you I'll go do it

I too recieved only 288 wipes (4 packs) today. I have been on hold now for 15 minutes and whilst doing so have emailed....

I am currently talking to a very vague woman who is able to offer me a "partial" refund on my order. I asked what this meant and when I could expect to receive the full number of wipes I had ordered, she has now put me on hold to check how much refund I can expect !

Ok, so she has offered me £3.21 refund per set I ordered. I told her this is not acceptable and I know that others have been offered a full refund. She has put me back on hold (again!)

15 mins later I have been offered a full refund and told to keep the wipes as a good will gesture!
  • is it best ringing or emailing ?
  • Don't forget to post a review on amazon so everyone can see. 6 reviews so far with only 1 star out of 5!!!!
  • I would phone, there is an 0800 number or a button you can request for call back which they do immediately.

I did spend about 30 mins on the phone but they are issuing a full refund and I can keep the wipes I was sent.
