    Well mine have turned up ordered 2x16 packs, only 2x4 packs arrived:mad: 6x4 packs short, going to pkone them on an 0800 496 1081 number, if they dont honnor it they will be going back....:eek:

    DAM!!!!!!!!!
    They will not honnour the price, said I can return them FOC and get a full refund.

    They cant garaunte they have the stock, however i think the price it is now may be a huge factor and the amount of orders i suppose.
    Also having problems printing a returns slip as it keeps refering me to the phone number

    They have already honoured the price. They have accepted the order and sent out part of it. That is a binding contract. They can refund if they wish and allow us to keep what is sent as a gesture of goodwill, but the fact they've despatched means the contract is now valid.

    They have not honoured the deal as it was for 2x16x72, ie 32 packs of wipes and i only recieved 8 pks so no they have not honoured the deal,

    I have yet to receive mine yet but imagine I will only be receiving 4 like everyone else! I have emailed amazon CS and am awaiting a response. I will let you know how I get on xxx

    Sorry, my wording not great there. They have contracted to honour the price by sending out part of the order, it is therefore their problem to now send out the rest of the order.
  • :( i havnt recived mine yet , would i be best to let the guy take them back if there isnt as many as there should be ?
