Just got mine! What to do now? Email or phone and what to say! Great fun ahead! I paid 3.99 for a Woody toy months back and that company honoured that even though it was supposed to be £30 this is ridiculous it even states on the invoice 16 packs!

If I've ordered 4 of these am I best trying for a refund on 3 and keeping the 16 sent as one complete order?

:j Just to update, after speaking to customer services twice on the 0800 number, they have said I can keep the wipes 2x4 packs as a gesture of goodwill and have processed a full refund.

Refund Amount: £9.98

I asked where the rest of my order was and she said she would give me a refund and i could return them and reorder! I said no they have gone up in price now! Lady then said that they were unavailable and I could keep them and get refund!
