Only received 4 packs instead of 16, called the 0800 number (thanks Wookie) and after 22 mins got offered a partial refund. I did as others have on here and said a friend got a full refund yesterday and she agreed to a full refund. Dissapointed I didn't get the 16 packs but happy with four for free! Thanks guys!!

Only received 4 packs also, called to complain and am recieving a free replacement of 16 packets, and get to keep original 4 so 20 packs for £4.99, happy with that.

Double checked 16 packs will be sent at no extra cost, so fingers crossed the very helpful lady is correct and i won't have to call again.

I am still waiting for my wipes to be delivered but I am guessing I will only be getting 4 x packs! Website says they should be here tomorrow so looks like I'll be spending some time on the phone sorting this out!!
Would of been nice to get the 16 packs but I will be happy to keep the wipes and get a full refund as I am 37 weeks pregnant and can't be doing with any stress at the minute!

'Unfortunately after our phonecall I discovered this item cannot be replaced I can only refund the amount of this item, but you do not need to return the item to us. The refund has been issued for you. Sorry for the inconvenience.'

Still 4 packs of wipes absolutely free can't be bad.

Surely a contract has legally been formed for Amazon to supply 16 packs? I would not settle for anything less

well i emailed them and the obviouslt didnt read it properly as they think i havnt recieved my order at all. told me to wait beause of the weather. just tried ringing but mega busy. ill try another email now
