7km in the walk bank from this morning.
It cracks me up doing surveys; they ask if your life is stressful, and I feel like putting 'no, im fat cos i like food'

    Food diary:
    B - none
    L - rice and pork
S - crisps and popcorn, bowl of cereal
    D - 2 sausages, potatoes and veg

I seem to keep coming back to one thing and just adding more into it....Feel bad as I haven't done my exercise today so that is next on the list, but I have had a good walk and spend...The Mission comes around as I want to try and spend as little as possible for the next 12/13 days.....and see if I can carry it on

Wii 45 min lower body workout done - 201 cals burnt

Wii flexibilty done - 150 cals later :D
    Have also:
    Cleaned litter tray
    Hoovered
    Made bed
    Put stuff away
    Cleaned floor
    Polished

Also have a happy: 1 debt paid off 6 to go! Woohooooooo me! Have put the payment towards another debt so that'll be clear next year. Now there is a conundrum...I have a second debt finishing next month...Do I put the payment toward the same debt - raising the payment to £25 and having it cleared off in 6 months, or do I use the extra tenner and snowball my CC's?

    Food diary:
    B- none
    L - pasta and tuna
S - hula hoops (small bag) 3 pieces chocolate
D - pork chop, potatoes and veg
