    Me again.....

Another walk this evening - 1.5km, so that's 12.5km altogether. Have started reading Tess of the D'Urbevilles and it's quite well written if I'm honest.

    Food diary:
    B - apple
    L - 2 x chicken sandwiches
    S - granola bar
D - 2 sausages, veg and potatoes. Half small bowl of pears in juice
S - 1/2 bag Kettle Chips, 3 slices bread and butter, 8 squares chocolate.

So not too bad ,the Kettle Chips were primarily to reintroduce the salts I'd lost to my system. And countless cups of tea. And a 2 hour nap, and a pint of apple juice. And a ton of water. Worked out I'd burned 1350 cals today - mainly through my long walk. But I do feel good

I do it all because I'm scared.

I am reading the Game of Thrones books- really good. I am onto the third one at the minute. The plots are quite complicated so i am not reading as fast as i normally do, which can be a book a day if i put my mind to it...summer hols will see me plough through lots of books. :)

Bob, I know what you mean. I've got 4 library books here, and they'll go back beginning/middle of next week, depending how much of them I read at any one time. Finished Tess of the D'Urbevilles and started on The Wind in thw Willows. Will also start CSI series 2 :D

Bob, I am trying my hardest not to buy any books, so the library is my lifeline right now!

c25k - redid a week 1 run to test my stamina and show me where I'm going wrong in week 2 - i.e. more stamina
Will half an hour and about 10 mins yoga

Another 2.6 in my walk bank, not doing too bad.
Looked at a book about yoga and it basically is pants as theres no pics to show if you're doing it right/wrong. Hope the pilates book is better illustrated to be honest.
Got ciggies today, so an NSD as they are budgeted for, which is good.

I do try, i ask for vouchers for pressies so i can splurge guilt free:D:rotfl: I admit to spending £20 this year on new books- which is not to bad. I have lots of vouchers and believe me i need them. My books are precious to me...:o
I do buy second hand and trade books, but it is a wrench!
