    c25k week 2 run 4
    Will half hour - lower body
    2.6km walk - went down the village with mum n dad and dropped in my change for the fund for the guy with cancer

    Have done my exercise, but missed Zumba....think I need to get up earlier next week and then I'll make it.
    Bit blowy and sunny, but not been for a walk yet, trying to keep myself away from the shops where all the tempting stuff is sold!

    B - oats and raisins
    L - 2 x chicken sandwiches
    D - shepherds pie, beg
    S - apple

    Need to do my c25k week 2 run 5 and Wii later.

    D - roast pork, roast pots and veg

    Wii 1/2 hour done.

    Also cleaned out the litter box, hoovered the floor and made the bed/put washing away. Also managed to finish two books since last night....Huck Finn and The Elsuive Pimpernel. Now on another Pimpernel book

    B - yogurt
    L - pasta, tuna, jelly and granola bar
    D - sausage, potatoes and veg. half a nectarine
    S - 3x rice cakes, peanut butter and jelly

    Bloody wireless is playing up so have had to go wired for a bit, and it's VERY VERY strange.

    Another 1.6km walk....rats been out, cheeky !!!!!es peed on my bed so that had to be changed, but it was needed anyway tbh

    no c25k today as it's a rest day - so hour on the Wii instead (as above)
