I feel really weird ,barely anyone comes to see my diary, but I think it's cos it's very matter-of-fact, like me
Hi elfen,
I'm always lurking on your diary, I've not posted before though. I do like keeping up with your reading lists though, and it's good to see how much you achieve."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Aww thank you jwill....nice to see a lurker saying hello... *waves* Hello!
OK, today...
B - none - up late
L - chicken sandwich, bag of hula hoops, four wafer biccies
D - beefburgers and chips....nom nom nom
Haven't been jogging or exercised yet as have a gippy tummy....so me and mum went to sainbo's and PaH and got all the bits we need for the next mont (tee, book, sweeties, g/f wafer biccies, rat bedding, litter/sawdust, food, treats). Going to pop to the L-named German shop and see if there are any good deals going on....Then I shall have a nap to make up for my crappy sleep and see if I feel up to exercising

Went to the continental L shop - got some juice, some new running shoes (15.99 so bargainous) and some crisps. Regretted the crisps cos I had them and a nap and I'm still not well, so no jogging for me....but another walk later cos I need it** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

Had another walk - 2.7km that tired me out! Going to have some oven chips as they're not fatty and will soak up the acid, then going to get my girls (rats) out and have an early night
ETA: Tried new trainers...VERY comfy which was a shock! Going to test them out tomorrow and if my others are better then I'll keep the new ones for general wear

Feeling a bit more human now....went for a jog (back onto week 2 to allow my body time to recover) and Wii half hour so not too shabby.
Had a LOVELY shower which made me feel better, but I'm still being VERY careful on the food front

Glad you are feeling a bit better now. I'm amazed at all the exercise you managed when you weren't feeling right!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

jwil, I'd rather be outside having a walk and getting the air than in and moaning over myself. I'm sure it helps with making me feel better quicker
