Sorry I've not been here for a few days, I've been at my boyfriend's. Now he's in Wales til Friday....
BUT! Nsd no 21 for today, 12km in the walk bank for over the weekend and I actually went out with people, although I got stressed and had to leave early. I'm now on Stage 1 of my new hair- bleaching it!

Quit Day:
Have had 5 cigarettes instead of 20....so not too bad. Tomorrow I will have none!

No run today as rest day, but Wii half hour core body done. Alos did my measurements and have lost another pound, so now down to 13st 1.

Back from another lovely weekend! Managed 2 NSDs and got the second hold in my ears done. Hopefully I'll have the money to get my lip done again soon
