At M's place....i love being here! Came last night and have spent today going shopping for food (11.19 spend and 4km walk) and just chilling out if I'm honest. Need to write up a film review but that won't take me too long :D

c25k week 5 run 3 today - will go onto 8 min runs tomorrow which is a new, but needed challenge. And I think I'm ready for it.
Also wandered to the shop and put the washing on, so that was a good thing :D

Have read Doctor Faustus and it wasn't too bad, quite light surprisingly given the subject matter, and read some of the Book of Beasts - mainly poems so I should be OK to leave it. Did a bit of cross stitch but I'll get back up on that tomorrow. Cooking for me n Mike and then it's just a chilled evening in

Will jog in the morning, 8 min jogs now :D and back on the Wii game. Was nice having a weekend off but hopefully it hasn't set me back

    Yesterday was a bit hectic.....time for a catch-up....

Now at M's again, got the train (budgeted and paid back so not a spend), but went a bit OTT with other spends....I'll atone for this tomorrrow as we need to get some food in today and I desperately need new headphones as mine are kaput!

    Food diary:
    B - none
    L - toast
D - Chicken burger and chips

    Today:
    B - none
    L -
    D -
    Sn -

    Shop 4.91

    Comb 1.29
    KFC 11.79

So another non-NSD BUT I should be getting some money back tomorrow....so tomorrow, either way, is an NSD
