Be very careful you are walking on a very tight thin rope!

this is an open forum, we can all post what we like within the rules and there are no ropes for anyone to walk.

Quantified by social services? That's a great idea! Put more pressure on an already chock full system and see how that works.

I KNOW my neighbour is genuine by the 2010 huge motor home he has, the 1k cycles they have on the back of the motorhome, the way he does paving and gardening at home, the business he runs selling tobacco and fags, the wheelchair he puts in the boot when he goes for an assessment. So obviously for the last 20 years he been entitled not to work and get high rate mobility, dla and carers allowance.:rotfl:

Hey that sounds a bit like my son in law!

You don't live in Fareham do you?

I will acquaint you with some of the rules:

    · We can be liable for what you post. This isn’t a ‘freedom of speech site’ as when you post something not only are you liable, but we can be liable too as the publisher once we have notice of it. So it's not a case of posting what you like – we can delete posts if needed - though of course our aim is to ensure legit info about saving money or fighting for consumer rights stays.
    · Please be nice to all MoneySavers. That’s the forum motto. Remember the prime aim is to help provide info and resources. If you don’t like someone, their situation, their question or feel they’re intruding on ‘your board’ then please bite the bullet and think of the bigger issue... a recent Guardian article “doffed its cap” to this forum as being the one place where consumers can collect together and fight back, our job is to help keep it that way.

Making comments of a personal nature that causes distress to the recipient are NOT allowed. Further I can take action against this site for those comments made and where there is no evidence to substantiate the allegations, damages in a civil court.

So yes it is a very thin rope you are treading!

Which legal system would you be using? I happen to come from a family of lawyers so just want to know if I should be recruiting my brother or my cousin to represent me?

Brother said under scottish law nothing i've posted would get near a civil court. Also it's hard to prosecute an autistic person for writing things on an internet forum where they can't interpret the tone of a thread.

You could sue, but it'll cost ya.

So making threats like the one below are perfectly acceptable are they?
I have have had over 40 years of experience destroying other people's lives - do you wish me to start on you?

This thread seems to be completely sidelined by your views which seen to have very little to do with the original subject the proposed changes to DLA!

I'll be nice to you when you start being nice to me sweetie. Respect is earned, decrepit or not. I don't respect my elders I respect those who treat me with respect regardless of their age.

Be kind to him, he's got mental health issues, that's why he's doing this interminable rant.

He doesn't recognize the difference between "thin rope" and thin ice! (probably because he's getting steamed up)

Maybe we could designate a padded thread for him to safely rant in whilst he decides who he is?

I suggest everyone ignore him he's totally hijacked and wrecked this thread and has nothing constructive to say so dont give him the satisfaction of responding to his ludacris comments, the fact that he has now started threatening posters shows what kind of man he is.

The only reason I have become angry is because some on here are making allegations about me being mentally unstable, likely to OD on a mixture of alcohol & Morphine, have an alias that has dropped dead and drive a car whilst intoxicated.
One poster actually told me to commit suicide!
If you were subject to this form of abuse, I am sure you would react much the same.

This forum is not here to voice such personal insults without some form of retribution being applied.
