LOL, I'm having visions of a couple of Geordies scrapping whilst shouting in their lingo...

:D every thread should have inputs from all sides of the arguement then deed02392 can make his own mind up.

at the end of the day this is a public forum ;)

  • Well thanks everyone for their input from both sides of the argument, it's always appreciated. No written news as of yet but I've just re-opened the appeal on the IRCAS website to find that it now states an amount paid of £20, thus £0 owed either for administration or the PF itself.

Still waiting for someone to actually tell me I no longer need to pay it but until then it seems someone has written it off!

Justice, the sensible option or both? I'll post back again in a week as that'll be over the 21 days I had to pay it off and we'll see what happens.
  • I just got a letter confirming that the appeal has been upheld and the outstanding amount is now zero. It was upheld on the basis that season ticket customers can forget their season tickets twice in a 12 month period. This will be the first time.

    Love to all the haters.

Wow, very surprised at that! No, not the outcome but that you've had mail when the rest of the country's post is crippled at the moment and that SWT replied to you in record time.

    But well done.

Well it was not from SWT but the 'Independent Appeals Service' who are based just a 20 minute drive from myself. Guess that's what did it. :)
