    Hi Everyone!

This is a brilliant idea. I am keen to make as much extra money as I can. Great ideas! I have started my sealed pot challenge and so has my husband. We are putting in a pound each in our tins and will not open them till next year.
I am going to look round the house for all the bits I can put on EBAY. Also, my sister and I are planning to have a Car Boot Sale and sell lots of unwanted stuff.
I am going to sell some old phones kicking around the house as well.
    Good Luck everyone

Well i've been a very busy girl today - listed 54 items on Ebay!

Wow, I am impressed. It took me hours to list two!! I must try harder.;)
  • Sounds like a challenge :T

I've just sold some dvd's for approx £6, listed some items on ebay and plan to put more on.

I've taken a few tips and ideas from others and plan to implement them. I will count money earnt along with money saved from the grocery challenge, spare change etc.

I would love to be able to take my kids on holiday this year so anything 'saved' towards the £11k will go on this holiday :j
:j Here's to 2013, may it bring Happiness to all :j

I used Turbolister so it didn't take as long, but must admit it has taken me all day!

How does Turbolister work Siennasmum? Do you have to be listing similar items?

Anyone bought from a wholesaler before?

I've bought from wholesalers i've found online before with mixed success. First of all I bought some children's character clothes, I did manage to sell them at a profit but I didnt make much after Ebay and Paypal take their cut and for the time it took taking photos and doing the listings it wasn't worth it. Then I bought some tiaras as I saw other sellers making good profits from them - I didn't even sell one! So i've listed them as a job lot on Ebay to get rid of them. I've found small hair accesories to be a little earner, I look for things that cost about 40p or so each and are small enough to go large letter such as alice bands, then I buy a load of first class large letter stamps and I can sell them for 99p each with 70p postage and put them straight in the post box save queuing at the post office! You only make about 30p or so from each item after fees but I can sell over 30 a day, all adds up! :D

Its an application you can download from Ebay and you can use it without being online to make your listings, you can save them until you are ready to upload them to Ebay (I like to create my listings throughout the day and then upload them to Ebay in the evening when more people are online). All of the options for the listing comes up on one page so you're not having to wait as long for pages to load up and you can create duplicate listings if you want to quickly change for different colours etc. Its very quick if you're listing similar items because you can just create duplicate listings and then change them slightly. But I listed loads of different things today I find it quicker because it saves me typing up my description every time with dispatch times etc. Hope that made sense maybe someone will be able to give a better description than that!
