no my burfday was last thursday. I just had to bring in cakes today even though i'm not allowed to eat them, which is just criminal if you ask me!0

How did I miss that???
I now declare today your honorary birthday so
HAPPY BIRTHDAY LT
it is criminal though that you had to bring in cakes even though you can't eat it
Good luck on your diet. I am finding it hard that a person could survive on just milk though.
I know you'll do it though :TGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
Happy Birthday LT!!
I know how hard it is to do these fast things. Did an aloe vera one in the autumn. Made b@gger all difference but the shakes tasted good! It definitely stopped me eating any old thing and I was more careful what I ate.

hi everyone,
Starnac thanks for my honorary burfday, just you wait until next year if my plans come to fruition later this year then there will be one almighty party next year for everyone to come to.
brizzled good to know someone else has gone through one, not sure i could do aloe vera though. I'm currently on the search for caramel tins of slim fast as they are the nicest flavour by far. Boots are half price but out of stock, and superdrug are 3 for 2 which is better than nothing so i'll go and raid there on friday.
ISOM - my puffs are still in a bag and not stitched together, but i will take a piccy of the lovely one my sister gave me for my burfday it's fab! I can't bring myself to start knitting mine together yet in case i start a new colour of wool (not that there's many more colours of 4 ply out there that i don't have) and have to cut some out to mix the new colour in IYKWIM.
best go and make Mr Lt some tea tonight, i don't want him living off rubbish food just because he's the only one eating anything. I have to admit that i could have mugged him for his mushrooms last night which is stupid.0 -
Happy Belated Birthday LT. How are you? Not working at the moment is driving me nuts.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. you're doing well sticking to the liquid diet0

thanks taxi, it's getting easier but i could still sometimes mug Mr LT for his dinner.
i'm cream crackered, i've been very busy today, possibly not as busy as Pippi often is but today i have:
been to knit and chat group this morning
touched up the paintwork in the craft room
planted out some strawberries
trimmed back (aka attacked) the conifer near the garage, the ivy which is overgrowing everywhere round the garage, the conifer at the side of the drive way.
Mr LT sorted out the garage so my new car can fit in there, and moved other stuff around, and also attacked some more trees along the drive way so we can get the other car on it. He also fitted the cat flap between the kitchen and utility room. Not the best job i have to admit but it will let the cats through it.
we've got a trip to the tip tomorrow morning booked in and i think we're going to get the hedge trimmer along the laurel hedge which is overgrowing the pathway.
Lovely start to our week off, but they're all jobs which need doing, and we may as well do them whilst it's lovely and sunny.
We've had Mr and Mrs Duck visiting our side garden today so Mr LT put out a washing bowl of water for them, not sure if they will decide to take up residence, not sure if i actually want them to though i'd be tempted to snaffle some duck eggs.
We've got someone coming round tomorrow to fit pipework out in the utility room for the washer so we can then move the dishwasher into the kitchen yay!!! but that does mean that we should really be decorating the utility room before this all happens. argh! when will we get it all sorted out in time?0
