my feet are sore today as well uni, but it's only because i'm wearing shoes that i haven't worn for almost two weeks.

will follow you to your diary next to hear how everything went.

been back at work today, did almost 10 hours and still about 3-4 weeks behind if not more. Won't get much time at my desk tomorow because of meetings so it's all getting a bit too much. Starting to wish i didn't have any time off in the first place.

LT its a shame you feel like it was a bad thing to take time off. You deserved a break although you got loads done by the sounds of it. If you don't catch up on work then it's not your fault. work shouldn't expect you to do so much

LT don't feel guilty about your work and having time off that you're entitled to...it isn't your fault that they give you too much to do it is their fault.

LT, I'm finding that using a hairspray/deo can (anything metal and round) is great for sore feet. Just roll it back and forward going from your toes right to your heel and back again.

Don't feel guilty about taking time off, you can't keep working all the time.

thats a great idea Uni, why did i never think of it?

work is still too busy, i brought my puter home for the weekend but unfortunately i haven't gotten it out of the bag so i'm going to be in real trouble when i get back tomorrow. it's just so mad there at the moment.

still sticking to the diet which has amazed me, it's been relatively easy which i don't want to say too loud as i don't want to jinx myself. Still got a way to go to reach the target i have been set for this stage.

hope everyone has had good weekends, i've cleaned through the house which felt nice, and had some visitors this morning and it was actually nice enough to sit outside. I'm currently sat here freezing wishing i could bring myself to go and get a cardi and another shake

uni it's a bit of an extreme liquid diet so not something that should be undertaken without medical supervision. I have (on my scales at least) reached the target it was set so fingers crossed the next week before my appointment will just be spent giving me a safety zone in case their scales weigh higher.

hope everyone is well, sorry i've not been around so much of late but the house and everything has been demanding my time.
Mavis is ticking along, we should have her paid off within 12 months which i'm happy with.
I do need to find my original ppi paperwork so i can send the tax man a check then i can forget about the whole thing.
we're a step closer to getting the bathroom done, fingers crossed it may yet be started in the next couple of weeks
work is still manic (when will it never not be?) so i seem to be spending a lot of time there at the moment but at least working from home seems to be working for me. I just keep thinking about the petrol i'm saving each day i don't have to travel.

well done on reaching your target LT. I should apply for my PPI for my old storecard but I do keep putting it off. Did you do yours yourself?

hi, mine was easy because they sent me a letter to ask if i wanted to reclaim, which i did not expecting to get anywhere. It was a nice surprise when i did but it took ageeeeeesss to actually get payment.

been doing a cakeathon in the last few days to stock up a cake table for Mr LT's summer fayre. Had help from sis and mum and they made just short of £90 from them which is good. But whilst baking i was really fine about not wanting them, but yesterday was a different matter i was desparate for one.
Back to the Drs on tuesday to see if i've lost enough to make them happy. I can't wait for the end of the wholy liquid phase, i'd like to start chewing again :)
