Starnac i have to give up all food 'cept milk. it will be a trying time but very worth it.
ISOM hope you recover quickly so you don't need the antibionics for too long.
It's just weird that we've been here so long, seems like yesterday that we were stressing over whether we would actually ever move and now we've settled in, still have some boxes to unpack but have started to get rooms straight and even decorated.
Our pond is now up and running though and we have fishies in there

LT you are braver than me. I don't think I could give up food. I am very impressed by your determination. Well done. We are all here to support you too -remember that!
Wow you have fish in your pond. How lovely.Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
i started the milk on tuesday. I'm doing ok at the moment, though being at home today i could easily slip into the grazing habit but can't let myself.
MSE news:
i got my PPI money today - yay!!! With Mavis's permission this will go towards a new car. In any rate Mavis will be paid off within 12 months so i'm happy with that and so is Mavis.
I've been able to sort out more of my accounts spreadsheet so that's great, i've been able to reconcile most of the accounts, but all of my current accounts so i feel that i'm back in control.
I've got to finish sorting out my craft room today, i've got some crafting friends coming round tonight to see the new house so i want it to be nice and tidy, may be an impossible hope but i can at least try.0 -
LT do you have some sort of food replacement drinks or something? Surely you can't just be drinking milk!
:j to PPI money and well done to Mavis for being so understanding.
Good luck getting your craft room sorted. Have fun with your friends tonightGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
we had a lovely time last night, laughed pretty much all of the time which is good for the soul.
Starnac if i could bear to drink semi-skimmed milk the diet would be milk and milk alone but as it's like a lake of lard to my tastebuds i am having to live off slim fast shakes. I'm not doing to badly at the moment, but i'm better if i keep busy.
Spent today out in the garden, mowing the meadows (they're not huge but were very long). I weeded a raised bed which is pretty big and Mr LT cut back and attacked some plants in the front garden, i daren't even think about the need to chop down some massive conifers in the side garden.
hope everyone is having a good weekend.0 -
You sound so busy on here! Goodluck on the shakes thing - I know how determined you are - I'm sure you'll succeed!
Yay to PPI payments! And the gardening sounds fabby especially the fishes.
I'm glad you had fun, you deserve a giggle!

thanks Pippi, we took all the garden bits to the tip this morning and my BIL collected the bed base that the previous owners had left behind. Good timing as we're planning on tackling the second bedroom in the next two weeks, it will be a tough job but will be great once it's done, and it means folks can come and visit us.
still surviving the diet but in for a hard evening as Mr LT is on a night shift tonight so i'll be all on my tod which is usually a signal to graze. Things are not being made easier as i've got cakes in the kitchen to take in to work tomorrow for my burfday.0 -
