it was busy ladies but when i wrote it down it didn't seem like much
today i have painted the utility room
helped erect a gazebob
Mr LT took a car load to the tip and we're more to go
someone came round to fit the washer out in the utility and the dishwashing in the kitchen. so far we have the dishwasher done but not the washer, the stopc**k has ceized so we need a new one fitted. To turn off at the mains turns off more than just our house so we have to talk to the neighbours when the guy can come back and fit a new one.
why is it never easy??
we've also talked through the bathroom and are awaiting a quote, bet it's gonna be horrendous lol but hopefully they will be able to start it in a couple of weeks time and it will be fab when it's done.
just feels like its all money money money at the moment.0 -
houses are always a never ending money pit..lol..but it'll look great when it's done0

just lost a post grrrr!
pay day today so the money things:
£2450 outstanding on Mavis
money is tight at the moment, but thats cos we've now got two mortgage payments, but it's all in a good cause.
Just got to get Mr LT to realise that the odd £1-£2's here and there are really making a difference.0 -
Hi LT, how's things? The £1 or £2's do make a big difference, I've trying to convince OH that if he's got a packed lunch then having £2-£3 a day adds up to upto £60 a month!CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. maybe we should set up a school for OH's so they can learn that the little bits really do add up. I'm sure we could make a mint if it was opened up to the general population lol.
been really busy during our week off, we've almost a proper utility room. Just awaiting the washer being plumbed in, and then we can fix the base units to the wall and the work surface and it's done. What's there already looks fab and is a much nicer and cleaner entrance to the house than the dingy room with a manky dark brown (with swirly patterned) carpet that was there.0 -
Goodluck setting up an OH school and with the utility room!xTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:

I think that may just be a good idea LT (OH school, hehe
