the middle one we saw was the exact same house as the other one which we loved, but it's a corner plot so not a huge back garden but gardens around the side and a big garage.
It's on for more money and although it's liveable you (or rather I!) would want to replace the bathroom within 12 months and the kitchen within 24. I'm still trying to weigh up whether the fact that it has side gardens which you can make more use of if you move the fence outwards and a huge garage makes up for the lack of huge back garden. I think it does especially as it's in a quieter road.
Only decision now is how much we offer, if we make an offer. apparently it's been reduced from 'offers in excess of 150k' to 'offers in excess of 140k' which is still a lot higher than the other house but it's liveable as it is when the other one wasn't. Oh heck i just can't make decisions and Mr LT is even more terrible at these things than i am. The only think i do know is that he does like this house.0 -

it's really hard VL especially as we've yet to sell our own place. I think if we had a buyer then we'd be in a much stronger position.0

LT send me your house details and I'll put it on our internal electronic noticeboard. We have a captive audience of 25,000 people across the country.
As for the house with the side garden, could you not use that for veg etc? and the back garden for relaxing/bbq's/entertaining? Bathroom suites can be replaced easily enough and there's enough companies out there that if you shop around you can get a really good deal. One of the girl's at my work got a complete new bathroom suite (wc, sink, bath and inclusive shower) fitted and tiled (white suite and sand coloured large tiles) for £699.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0
