Yes I have an order too that im waiting on that says the same, its annoying, three things ive ordered, one was dhl, the other is royal mail and the other is unknown that i cant track.

If you telephone M&S Customer Services, they can tell you exactly where it is in the process.

My 'Dave' arrived today....woohoo..was getting worried as my order actually said the 24th for Delivery!!! And just a heads up, mine turned up in a taxi! And Dave was polite enough to have paid the fare as well.

Does anyone know if m&s use UK Mail? Ive tried to have something delivered twice already, and then re arranged for it to come today but they never showed! I have a few things coming and not sure what it is that they are trying to deliver. Im waiting for the snow man mug from m&s for my eldests teacher so i want it by monday.

Yes they do. That's how I know about asking M&S about tracking a parcel cos my package said unknown shipper and they told me it was UK Mail and which depot the parcel was at. I then rang back the following day and they told me it was then out for delivery.
