I'm the same though my new estimate is 21st December. I tried to change it to store collection on the advice of the email but it wouldnt allow me so I called them and the girl said she couldnt get it to change either and thought it was because they were showing as OOS on the web. Just got the email this morning to say put back to 21st December, however it allowed me to change to the store for Monday so went for it as thought it was more chance of getting it. I have a Dave on standby though from the Argos thread. An extra £4.99 but worth it just to make sure I have him!

Hey guys I've had my despatch email finally so should get here before Xmas, hope everyone gets theirs. This has been such an epic hassle, I'm kind of put off M&S now. Shame as I adore their stuff

Got a despatch email. Actually says he should be here by 14th December. M & S obviously have a time machine! seriously though, they had already sent me an email saying it was delayed till 20th. To be honest I'm hoping it gets here sharpish, as I don't think we will get may deliveries after the weekend, I live in a semi-rural village and if the snow hits it will be fun!

For those that have Dave already does he come with batteries needed?. I was reading the reviews on the Amazon site & it says batteries INCLUDED but also 9v battery NEEDED?.
Don't want all the MSE little darlings (inc mine!) all round England upset with a half/none functioning Dave on xmas day!:(
