Finally got mine today. Delivered by a small sheffield based courier firm. M & S must have contracted out. I also had my matalan order delivered, ordered on 6th Dec. The DHL driver was in his own 4 x 4. He told me that out of 200+ vechiles at one point last week only 3 were delivering, and that was in there own 4 x 4's!

I am not really sure, I press his tummy (still in box) and he waves his arm about, the box says he does loads of movements but all he does is wave at me :eek:

Oo i dont know either, i press his tummy and he does a few different things. He's all wrapped up now too so i cant check!

People have been talking about tracking their packages, can anybody tell me if I'm missing something...I didn't get a tracking number but Dave is despatched

Hi looking at the box now on the back it says includes all 5 x 15v AAA batteries for use so should be inside ,think ill make sure ive got some extras just in case.

Oh I got mine today

I ordered on the 6th, delivery was for 14th then put back until 20th. It was despatched very late evening on 15th. I tracked it online as it said Royal Mail in the e-mail and it said 'received at North West Depot and is being processed' So imagine my delight when a DHL guy turns up with my monkey

Just need to make sure the clothes I ordered arrive now....:(

my dave comes with batteries. al working out of the box. its a bit tricky gettin him to say yes twice in a row

On your order page on m&s, there is an order tracking button on the left side which you can click and it should take you to your tracking details.
