Dave the funky monkey £10 delivered m&s

I oedered mine on the 6th, recieved a dispatch email on the 10th and this said it should have been delivered by today but I haven't recieved it:mad:
Logged onto my account to check tracking number and mine is coming by royal mail and tracking No. shows it is at the north west depot where it has been since the 10th and they are currently processing it. Dave was for my son but my hubby's xmas present is also in with it and my baby's new vests.
I will give it till tomorrow and then I will ring them.
I won't be a happy bunny if I don't get my order not for the monkey so much as my hubby's present as this will mean I've got to hit the high street and I really don't fancy that the week before xmas:mad:

Mine was cancelled - but rang customer services yesterday after seeing them back online - refused to match the £12.50 I was going to pay - but they did give me £10 off my next on-line order - that covers the extra £5 for each I had to pay for the 2 pressies I ordered. Ordered mine off Amazon. Thanks for all the advice. CathyC

Dave is on his way to Lincoln finally.

Hope everyone else gets theirs or can get an alternative Dave at a similar price elsewhere.

They cant refuse, they are still advertising this at 50% off and have been doing it since Monday.

My delivery date has been put back to the 24th December, that's cutting it a bit fine!

Ordered on 6th & this am just recieved a delay email AGAIN for the 24th, had been delayed till 16th.
This is just not on for a major store to ship items randomly.
I am very unimpressed with M&S over this.
