Mine was due for delivery by tomorrow. Got an email to say they're sorry that there is a delay and my new delivery date is 16th so not a cancellation as such but I suspect a might get one now after reading all these posts.

Just collected mine from the store, the ladies behind the counter were slightly miffed as they'd both tried to get one but couldn't. At least that shows M&S don't show their staff favouritism, their ordering system is hit & miss for everyone!
He's sat in the car until I can hide him from my son, hope he works after all this!

Still no change on my status - still says awaiting dispatch and it is due here tomorrow. Grrr. Thing is when I log in to the web page there are new Daves available to buy - but they don't show when I am logged in. Slightly annoying. Will hold on to mine that I already ordered though. If I'm lucky it might arrive for Valentine's day or maybe it will make a nice Easter present?!? :mad:

Mine still hasn't changed status. I do honestly believe that people should complain to Watchdog about this, maybe we can build a money saving unfairness army!! If people feel miffed at how MArks' have handled it what with email correspondence...lack therof etc. just give it a try with watchdog. Maybe they will make them rectify it! :rotfl:
