accepted on both sales & on our joint purchase
25/01/21: Identity checks completed, solicitors instructed
27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
03/06/21: Completion

I was getting worried that the order i placed on the 8th for delivery to Norwich stote was not going to happen as I had heard nothing. Had an email today to say he is on his way to store for tomorrow - fingers crossed he's there when I get there .....0

Mine was despatched on the 9th, to be delivered by today. Still at Sheffield, apparently.
I don't know how all the other companies manage to deliver things to Scotland this week, but not M&S! :mad:0 -

Yay! Dave finally arrived today (big thanks to my friend for sitting in for me to take delivery) and he works, phew!0

Dave is back in stock at M&S. The 50% banner is still there but is not on offer anymore. As i had my order cancelled I rang them up and complained. i rang up last night and they honoured it at the same price, with free delivery, i couldn't put my hand on the 10% voucher at the time but they said they would honour that as well...

Had an email last night saying he would be despatched that day at the very latest and then got an email this morning saying I wouldn't get delivery until the 20th and he's STILL not despatched! GRR! How blooming annoying. Am having an email war now...sigh0
