Just a note for those who like me have had theirs cancelled - I complained about the awful customer service and got a £5 credit which have just spent on the 50% off dvds deal (can't always use credits on the offers but appears this one is ok with them). Worth kicking off a bit and at least getting something for your trouble - and this time I have gone for store collection, not risking the delivery!!!

Despatch email 9th December.

Arrived this afternoon.

Works OK.

Mine arrived today too. Dave didn't work so dh put new batteries in and it was fine. Bit of a pain as is a gift but had to check it works.

after 3 emails of complaining they finally gave me £5 credit. the guy who dealt with it was very efficient and quick to respond - looks like he's going to be busy!! got mine from argos £16.66 still not band when you think about it.
