    Keep trying! i've been trying to do mine for hours tonight (did 1st lot yesterday and decided on more tonight). It took ages and I had to keeo re-doing it but it finally worked at 00:15. Email confirmed that I got 4x the value. Woop-woop!

    Not sure why I have no receipt email as I added the address to my safe list but maybe it's gone thru. I'll do another screen save then! LOL

    Actually checked my account and NONE have gone thru I still have the £56.50 aaarrggghhh!

    I have been getting errors every time I try to get into my basket for a couple of weeks now. I just assumed it was me. There is nothing I was desperate to cash my vouchers in for anyway luckily. As far as I am concerned it is not just a last minute problem with the website.

    I had the same problem last week but I kept trying & managed to do all my vouchers. I did my last vouchers on the Friday & I've had an email confirmation.
    I've even had a dispatched email for my other 2 orders.

    I just checked my 'Error' order from last night, and there's no record of the order on my account, and the Goldsmith vouchers are still in my basket.

    I tried using one of the vouchers that I used last night, but it says it's already used.. AAAHHHHHH!!!!

    Surely they have to honor these?

    We tried converting before the 6th, and it wouldn't let us because of their dumb website.. their fault not ours!

    If you still have them in your basket I'd leave them there print a copy of it then give them a call. At least you'll have proof they were excepted & you tried before the 6th.
  • We entered all our vouchers last night and the website kept timing out. finally got them all in then on confirmation the website timed out again. No confirmtion and won't let me put the vouchers in again as it says they have been used.

    No Customer services open and could not get through to techncial as it was permenently engaged!!!!!

    What now?

    Can someone from MSE take this up as I am sure I am not the only one?

    Exactly the same happened to me on Saturday, got an error message when trying to confirm my order then my vouchers said they had been used so I called them and after 25mins on hold they told me they go into a 'reserved' status and only Tesco can 'unreserve' them and they become available 24 hrs later. I tried again last night and surprise surprise it did exactly the same!!! Managed to get through to CS this morning for them to unreserve my vouchers, so they should be available again in 24 hrs. The lady I spoke to was from Tesco not Tesco Freetime/Clubcard rewards so she couldn't confirm if they were extending the 4x value she told me to call Freetime/Rewards on 0808 1000 707 option 3 but guess what - it's engaged!!! Was so annoyed last night but have calmed now! I know I should have redeemed these earlier but I never imagined that this would happen. Really want to get 4x value as trying to get Nationwide Autocentre vouchers for my expensive upcoming car service!!! Grrrrrr!!!
