Previously I've had vouchers locked and a quick phone call to the helpline unlocks them for use.

In answer to the Goldsmiths question, the vouchers come in the post and take up to 14 days at the moment. You get 4x token value (that was confirmed in my email last night 200 x 4=800 on its way to me ).

AFAIK, Goldsmiths don't do Pandora, but they do a similar charm bracelet and the charms will fit a Pandora bracelet.

I put my tokens through at 6 pm last night and the site was very slow and it took a few attempts to log in. I had wanted to do 4 separate transactions to get 4 separate £200 Goldsmith vouchers, but I was scared that the system wouldn't let me in again, so I played safe and got one voucher for £800. Don't know what to buy. Only valid for full price stock so no point waiting for the January sale.

Yes, Goldsmiths do Lovelinks charms/bracelets. Just as good as Pandora IMO and actually slightly cheaper (a first for Goldsmiths surely? ). They also do pre-clad (is that the word??) Lovelinks bracelets with, I think, 6 charms for £200 with a free charm and free jewellery box? Have a look, they are really nice.

Thanks for the info! fingers crossed they arrive before Christmas as we've been saving up and also got £800 worth of Goldsmith vouchers coming to us! Good luck in deciding what to get! We will be getting a Tag watch for me!! Can't wait!

I ordered mine this morning at 8.10am and as they were already in my bag (the site was useless last night) they accepted the order as 4x. I've had order confirmation as well at 4x. I just hope they arrive mega quick cos I need them Friday! (oops!)

How did you do that, I ahve been trying since 8am this morning, still getting an error when clicking basket.

Just tried to call and there is a message saying there is a system problem and they are only taking general enquiries. Anyone calling about specific orders should call back later!

I have managed to get through to customer services!!!! I had exactly the same thing happen to me at the weekend - vouchers didn't go through properly and were 'reserved', meaning I couldn't use them. The lady I spoke to said that alot of people had this problem (no surprises there!). She said to write a letter to them, enclosing the vouchers, explaining the problem and what deals tokens you want - they will then apparently send you the deals tokens at the 4x value.

The lady said she would keep the 'reserve' on my vouchers, as this would prove that I tried to redeem them before the 5th Dec. She said to get proof of postage from the post office when I post them.
I will post the address below, in case anyone else needs to write to them........

I could add to the bag, but then could not view my basket at all, got into it once, and entered one voucher, it then had a problem, thanks for this advise, writing my letter now!!
