Woo Hoo, Ive just received my RAC breakdown Cover and Goldsmiths Vouchers in the post. I redeemed all my clubcard vouchers last week and am surprised they came so quickly. So thats another year of worry free breakdown and £730 in Goldsmiths Vouchers towards a Gucci Watch (Vouchers dont run out until May 2011 so i may wait and do 3x clubcard vouchers to add more to the watch as its expensive and i still need £200 cash or more).

On the website it says they are aware of the problem. I had 1 helpful person on the 0800 no who got me thru to the rewards section, then they were unhelpful and weren't going to do anything on the phone. I got cut off anyway.

Tried the 0800 no again (option5)and had avery rude man whotold me to write in via email.

Triedthe 0808 no and ignored the message and got a very helpful girl who unlocked my vouchers and gave me 4 x value.

Thanks for giving me the encouragement. Have you received an email yet? Mine are still showing unused on site, but they will be posted out to me which could take 2 weeks-cuting it fine for Xmas pressie at Goldsmiths. Will I still receive an email to confirm conversion even though I'm being posted the vouchers?

Had to call again and basket had double the amount now! Woman was REALLY good and checked and double checked everthing and gave me reference numbers.

Advised would not get email as it was done over phone. Have to just wait and pray.
If not received in 7 days will call back.

How are you able to stay on the line with the 0808 number? I've called twice and it has hung up on me both times after the message is finished playing.

EDIT: I just called again. There were a couple beeps after the message and it hung up again.

I just tried the 0808 number there is now a recorded message saying for those who could not redeem over the weekend that you can order by post and they will honour the 4x value. Shame they couldnt get the web address correct for where to find the postal order form though.

I was just planning to type a letter and enclose the vouchers.. is there a postal order form especially for their messed up orders?

You just use the postal order form that is on the clubcard rewards web site. Can't post the link - but it is there!

Sorry me again - go to home page on clubcard, 'rewards' (at the top), 'how to order rewards' (the left hand side near the bottom). You will find info on how to order rewards by post there.
