Sorry, not at top of thread, it was post #103 by GemmaE..... service message from Tesco.0

Why is everyone getting so hot under the collar when they have have had weeks to use them. Hardly surprising the website crashed when so many short-minded people tried to cash in their vouchers with just an hour or two to go......
I waited till the last minute because my husband is in intensive care. i didn't actually know whether he would be alive for the holiday I tried to get vouchers for. Some people have more going on in their lives than being able to be on the internet all day sneering at people who aren't as perfect as them.0 -
Just spoke to a rather rude tesco employee
They tell me the only option to get 4x the value is to post the vouchers off by Friday??
Cant i just do it over the phone?

You need to complete the form - as per the post from GemmaE, where you relate what happen & when, when you tried originally, together with your vouchers to the 'Crawley' address, to be received by them this week.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

So we all have to write a letter AND get it to them this week using snail mail? along with our vouchers (and they are telling us that the post is slow)! Plus you will have to send it recorded delivery or they will say they did not receive them (more expense). Ahhh... but remember its all our own fault:mad::mad::mad:

I had problems online so rang and did the deed over the phone with a tesco clubcard advisor on Monday. I even got a reference number. I have checked my tesco clubcard account and they haven't been switched over so I've got to see if the ref no is valid.
It's awkward for me as like Madz I am presently experiencing a serious health situation with little or no support, and tomorrow is Dr's and hospital all day and aside from not being sure how I will feel the following day to chase this up, I've already done so twice.
I hope things work out favourably for all of us :grouphug:My space bar is broken so apologies if parts of my post's appear jumbled, thanks for your patience & for reading.
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

Well mine were processed by Tesco and arrived today. I have no working printer, but am going to check if I can use the order form that has been enclosed, it does say it's for a second order, but if not I may go in store if my daughter will accompany me.
This has absolutely saved me this Xmas, I am so chuffed. Thankyou to everyone here and Martin for highlighting this deal as I used to redeem them in store previously.
I hope everyone else has a successful trasaction. I am a bit worried about stock, but as I've got £240 to spend I am going to order poss a semi complete bracelet and then pay upto the £200 and hold some charms back for her B'day inMarch, and also add to them with the unexpired £40 voucher (they last 6 months).
:money: Cheers to all of those who helped advise and are also taking part, in particular to MillicentBystander the poster who advised me that Goldsmiths did the type of jewellery I was looking for, as prior to that Iwas only going to get double value towards a laptop, but I was very strapped for cash on my daughters 18th, so that's why she's getting a big present now.
Take care all :TMy space bar is broken so apologies if parts of my post's appear jumbled, thanks for your patience & for reading.
