You lot do panic too much! Just ring the 0800 number and explain what happened. They can see when and how much you tried to convert and will honour it without quibble. Try it, I did.

I rang the 0800 number and she told me that she could see my vouchers 'reserved' but I would need to call 0808 1000 707 to get the order updated as she could not do it from there as they are clucard not clubcard deals. The 0808 number is the one that says call back later.

when i call the 0808 number it just comes up as engaged straight away, been that way all day, never come near to hearing anyone let alone a message saying theres been a problem!

I think I have just been lucky. This morning it was constantly engaged. Umpteenth time I got the message. Not sure what later means though so I still keep trying.

I tried again and again to convert my vouchers last night, and Sat eve too, and kept getting the runtime error at various stages. I called them this morning and got exactly the same info as pinkzebra, so I'll be posting mine off (recorded) today.

ETA: I used the 0800 no and got through second time.

same here. did the 0800 one and they said they can't do (wonder who did it sunday for me then??)

Tried the 0808 number for ages, kept being engaged, but got though 20 mins ago (did have to wait a while once answered)

they did the deal for me over the phone so phew, all spent now.

Did you get the message that they are still having system problems and to call back later? Perhaps I should just ignore that and hold on. Typical can't get through now!

hi, re goldsmiths can you purchase items online with the vouchers or do you have to go into the shop?

Finally got through. Ignored message and held on. The chap needed me to read out all the voucher numbers! But they have been 'unl;ocked' and used for the order at 4X.

Just persevere and you should get there. Just waiting for email to be sure!
