Tesco 4x rewards value runs out tonight! (Sunday 5th December)

13. I didn't receive my Clubcard Big Exchange eCoupon codes in time to spend them by 5 December. What can I do?
Because there have been a few customers experiencing this, we have decided to honour any eCoupon codes until 8 December, i.e. you will be able to redeem your codes until this later date.

You can't double up; the £6.50 but you must get the 5 x £10 doubled up before midnight and then use the £6.50 plus any vouchers to pay for the laptop.

So if you have got £6.50 you can't double them?

With the goldsmiths ones are they 4 times thevalue and do they do pandora bracelets?

n now iv got an error message and cant reuse the vouchers! lets hope they send my vouchers or there will be all hell to pay!!

I have been trying all night to trade in my vouchers. I am :mad: because I could have put money on this happening.... I know that the website will be busy but this is ridiculous. First tesco change the points system to give us LESS for our money but we can't even trade in the points by the deadline.


Don't even get me started on the fact that I bought an ipod on Sept 3rd with 1500 extra points and STILL haven't reveived them. :mad:

Hope others have had more sucess than me. I have emailed Tesco but am not hopeful that I will receive 4x the value now.

I've just managed to get mine to work after hours of trying.

I've checked the website and the old prices are still showing even though it is past midnight so it might be worth trying again if you've been having problems

I did it just before midnight now it can't confirm

It's hapened 5 times

I tried to save the runtime error one earlier and this one so hopefully that'll stand me in good stead.

I'll have to check with customer services in the morning, but hope everyone else managed some degree of success, and comes back with a satisfactory resolution to any problemsthey have also encountered.
