Tesco 4x rewards value runs out tonight! (Sunday 5th December)

I tried to order earlier this afternoon but got server errors during confirmation as it was timing out and it locked out all my tokens and I've got no confirmation. What a chronic website and a poorly managed changeover.

Same here, macroba1 - I've just checked again - no record of my £300 redemption, but I can't use the vouchers as the site says they've already been spent. (I tested it by just trying to place an order on Tesco Direct in the normal way, applying vouchers at checkout rather than doubling the value.

Maybe a persuasive call from Martin Lewis is needed on this one - must be thousands of people affected.

My advice - keep screen shots whenever you get the error message to prove you tried. With the screen displayed, press the "Print Screen" button on your computer. Then open a blank Word document, click on Paste and you'll have a record of the screen you were looking at.

I'd better get these vouchers back, and at 4x too. I'll be on the phone to them tomorrow.

How do I find the page to redeem the vouchers Ijust have a liston screen so are they already evouvhers or not? I don't understand the process and as I've taken strong pain killers today/tonight, I am just panicking, and I really neeed a pc as I can't get out much at the mo and mylaptop's breaking intermittently. What is the process? I only registered on the site a week and half ago, so I'm notfamiliar with any ofit. How do I know if I already have e vouchers? and if I haven't how do I redeem them? Please can someone advise me. I am worried I'll lose out completely, someone said it's extended til the 8th as some customers have had trouble redeeming vouchers for e vouchers, but I don't actually know the process of how to do this?

Just loked and mine ARE e-vouchers it's just the codes, can I transfer them specifically for a PC then ifany probs try screenshot-I kept getting runtime error

No, just redeem your vouchers against Hilton then book a hotel at your leisure, well within six months

I assume you want to double up your vouchers to buy the laptop, which you need to do first but I think you might be running out of time.

I too got an error on booking my restaurant vouchers today. It won't let me use the vouchers so hopefully my transaction went through but I've had no email confirmation. I guess the phone lines will be busy tomorrow.

Just taken best part of two hours but managed to exchange £65 of vouchers for 2 magazine subscriptions, 10 adult tickets for cineworld and £30 worth of days out vouchers. For anyone still trying, the actual checkout bit was fairly speedy without errors ... nightmare is getting the stuff into the basket. Also much easier now vouchers are listed online to cut and paste the codes.
