Thanks everyone for the thread and the support.

Just spotted that Thorntons are doing a free £60 hamper if you spend £60 - it is on their website so no code - a lot of flyladies took advantage of a similar offer last November. Annoying when I did my order yesterday (with a 20% off) and it is too late to cancel. Don't forget Quidco/TCB.

I have been food shopping and bought the last little bits of presents today - just one more trip to pick up the toys I ordered from tescos and then that is me finished. Very early for me, but I don't want to risk being too ill to go or the weather being grim again. My challenge is to wrap it all before school breaks up....

Just finishing my coffee before doing a 1-1.30 HHC before heading off to DS2's nativity play.

Saving up £25000/£3500 by Jan 1st 2012 by selling my clutter. Remember I'm doing it for Dad.

    Afternoon all

Very foggy and cold here, I'm trying to keep the birdbath free.

I've done the kitchen/diner, dusted the living room and hallway/computer desk, vacuumed right through downstairs and did the stairs.

I've got the next two days off work (after tonight), it will be a relief not to go out in the cold. I do worry about ice.

Hope everyone's OK, still catching up.

  • Thanks for joining me sockdrawer and maybemischief:beer:

In my HHC I managed the following:

    Tidied and S&S’d bathroom.
    Tidied and S&S’d living room
S&S study, wiped over PC desk
Emptied the TD, folded, paired socks (all socks have twins!) and put everything away
Re loaded TD and will iron tonight – trying to keep the ironing basket empty!

    xx

I'm in, although feeling so rotten I don't know how much I'll do. Anyone have any miracle cures for a sore mouth? Both corners of my mouth are cracked and sore and my tongue and lips are tingly and sore. No amount of lip balm/blistex/vaseline is making any difference. Think a trip to the doc is in order for tomorrow, I'm feeling so run down :(

Anyway, list. Kitchen not too bad as have barely cooked all weekend :o
