    clean bathroom
    s&s kitchen
    sort under stairs cupboard
    sort food cupboards

...speaking of which please may I be added to the ironing challenge?! (still have some from holiday which was in September to do:eek::eek:...they are the shorts that I keep moving to the bottom of the pile as I'm not sure they'll be needed anytime soon  but still!)

Thanks to all at FCC. Hope everyone's ok.

Just got back from a really good GP appointment - DH came along too and was really supportive. The GP took the time to listen which is something the other 2 I saw at my medical centre never did - hence me moving surgeries to be back to this lovely GP who specialises in mental illness.

To cut a long story short she's given me 2 websites to look at re mental health which have some 'exercises' to do, I'm being referred for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and even have homework to do - I have to get friends and family to say all the good/positive things about me, I have to do a list and stick it on my fridge door and look at it each morning!!

Right, phone call to make and I'd better get flying hadn't I!

Another impromptu snow day here. We woke up to fresh blanket of snow (not too thick) had to dig NN out as he had got stuck across our drive then had to dig us out of the same rut he had made! OH dropped me nearish to work then took over an hour to get in himself. Only 100 kids made it in and the weather is bad so they were arranging for them to be picked up. OH left 15 mins ago as there were only a dozen kids left and we live further away than some of the other teachers.

I will attempt some of this list, not so easy when he is home. Firstly I need to enter the tidy RoD, it was nicely cleared yesterdy then remembered this morning that I needed to get something out of the junk/storage cupboard for one of the girsl, the contents are now on the bed! I want to put it away and have it tidy before I start on the kitchen. If this snow keeps our visitors probably won't come, at least it is tidy.

Posted Christmas cards on the way home, 3 left to post and I will be done.

    My list for this week

Anything in bold from Pigpen's list
    Take stuff to charity shop
Put Christmas decorations up after the 12th

  • Short bird work have sorted me out a proper supportive chair, but i now need a raised desk because i have to lean for the moniter and everything else whcih isnt helping. they are being very good about me getting up and walking about when i need to, but only when its my manager is in charge of the team. when we get a substitute manager ive got to battle it out with them as to why im taking 5 mins off the phones every half hour or so. one muppet wanted me in early to pay the time back!

i think part of the reason work are being so good is that i have asked for a dse assement ever since i started over a year ago and have only just had one! so it has been documented and ive got my copies at home where ive asked repeatedly so have the proof should i ever need to take this to the union. its all documented as well at the docs and the osteopath as to what im taking and what im doing proactively to correct the issue so no worries on that part. i
