Oh, and has anyone who sent off for it got their Mirror lego yet? I sent a postal order weeks ago and nothing so far - it had better get here for Christmas or I wont be impressed!

Yup. My sister-in-law got it for us. We've had it for about 2 weeks - don't know when she got it though...



Having read a later post ...I'm assuming it was from the Mirror...iit's got a parrot, a snowmman, a christmas tree and various vehicles in....10 in all I think

Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining Room
Level One done
Level Two done
Level Three
Clean the oven and hob..

Tuesday - living room, hallway, stairs DONE

Wednesday - Master messroom! and landing DONE


Thursday - bathroom, study and other grotty places! DONE


Friday - children pits, spare rooms or just neglected spaces
Level One
Make half an hour for yourself
Level Two
Vacuum through the rooms that need it
Wash any soft furnishings that require a wash
Collect any stinky laundry from about the place
Level Three
Clear out the toy boxes.. (or a box of guff) .. Santa wants to fill them up.. but he can't if there is no space!
Clean out any bins.. and do a binbag dance!!
Clear out a grotty cupboard!.. any cupboard so long as it is grotty!

Extras

1. Final final shopping lists
2. Update remaining present lists
3. Wrap remaining presents
4. Make a timetable for christmas preparations.. turkey in.. turkey out.. etc

I got mine on Friday. I sent of for it the first day I could after getting all the vouchers. Saying that the cheque hasn't cleared yet??

Hopefully yours will arrive ion a couple of days, they make great stocking fillers.

Im now of for a HHC if anyone wants to join me?

Thank you! Its daft that they come round as we live next to our LL and he's always popping in for coffee etc. I presume the agency need to show they are earning their money!

Update on the cleaning front so far:

I even shot more rubbish out from the corner of doom, aka OH's carp. Its now all in order and lots of big and ikkle spiders evicted:D:D

Ended up cleaning the floor with cloth as i stupidly left my mop and bucket outside , both of which are totally frozen and surrounded by 3 inches of ice. So no chance am i going out in the yard for them.

Haven't seen the kitchen this clean in a very long time:o

My fridge is lookin particualry bare as now either cooked or frozen any going south veg / fruit/ meat now name its gone.

Now my freezer is well and truly packed.

The cats aren't happy with as i washed the floor, they keep sliding all over the place :rotfl::rotfl:

I even started sorting out the middle room and bathroom:eek:. Hmmm very strange i think my brain has gone walkies:rotfl::rotfl:

Ahh a nice sit down for ten mins before i pick the boys up and crack on with the middle room.

I haven't managed any flying again today as I now have to guess??!! Rewrite my business plan:eek:
