This is the recipe I used - I had 4 unwaxed small lemons though, so used the zest from 3 (the 4th was looking a bit old), and the juice from 4.
Thanks to pigpen, tootles and asbotoots for the thread.
So far this morning, I've had breakfast, got dressed and cleaned my teeth, sent my weekly text to inview interactive, and put a load of washing in the WM. I've got to be at the school I'm in this afternoon by 12.30, so will have to leave home around 11.50am, so have lots to do before then, including going to the post office (usually a nightmare on a Monday). I don't trust our local one in our village after they lost a book that I was sending to pigpen, so I've got to go into town.
Busy, busy!
Off I go ............
Hugs to all who need or want them.

 Hello! Can I come back please?!
Cleared all our stuff back from storage yesterday so am surrounded by boxes and need to home it all. I'll make a start until Pigpen posts the list later.
Can't face writing a 'to do' list just now - it's all a bit overwhelming:eek:0 -
Morning Ladies - how you are all keeping toasty warm - hugs to anyone who needs them.
Well, we've had Mother up all last week (didn't lift a finger to help), mother-in-law here at the moment (staying in a cottage in town and has taken the kids for 48 hours - YAY!) and father-in-law and step-Mum arriving Friday for the weekend so the house needs to be blitzed before they arrive - when I have to even buy any presents, I'll never know!
I'M IN FOR THE IRONING CHALLENGE - I have 3 baskets and a kitchen table full of it, but hardly anything left in the drawers, so needs must.
Going to break my day into Dailies and Ironing this morning and jobs in town to do at school run time.
It's good to be back!
