I'm just writing in to ask the lovely Toots not to take me off the list: been so hectic I haven't even lurked for a week or so, but I'm determined to get back into the swing of things from mid-next week when DD breaks up from school.

Meanwhile, I hope all is well with you all; and I will try to find just a little time this afternoon to get a few levels done on the kitchen.

Hugs to all who need them - Vanilla and Seafarer's look in need of some big-time support, but I will have missed many others, I'm sure xxxx

Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

    Morning all

Toots - glad you posted hun as I was going to ring this today to check up on you!

Plan today is to crack on with some flying this morning and then do some paperwork and present list updating and searching later.

Anybody recommend DVD titles that DS3 8 nearly 9 might like, ideally films that your kids have watched over and over and that will have some appeal to the teens too

Sea fare~~ hugs, I would 'limit' what you tell your MIL, hugs

Vanilla~ it is the fraud bit that bothers me, ie putting you down has her employer, when clear you are not, and as Toots says if she is found out, she will have implicated you, and you may get a load of hassel over it. Not too sure what your sister does work wise, but try, temp jobs at places like warehouses, factories, offices, and similar. good luck, she is lucky to have you to care / think for her.

Triker~ I agree the teckkie board here is a great place to get advise, and best of all they don't look down on you / treat you like an idiot, and say stuff like, 'well you should know'

Now hugs to you all, thank you for all the laughs we have all had this year, for all the support everyone has offered to everyone else, the advise we have all given to everyone, for all the new babies born this year, peace, for you and your families, I'll pop in from time to time, 'see' you all in Jan, please take care in this cold weather. xxxx

I have just de-cluttered a 45 minute phone call from a lovely lady dealing with my ESA claim, she made it really quite painless and was ever so nice and advised me on how to fill out the medical questionnaire they will send me. Its all a bit daunting and scary but thats just my mind I suppose I have paid my 'dues' so am entitled to claim as my mum keeps telling me.

I have dragged my wheelie bin through the snow to the roadside. My path is thick ice and where it is clear is black ice so I very nearly did a flop-bum-ow dance when I went out. Must go salt it now actually.

Anyway I am now having a coffee and a chill as I have a headache this morning and probably due to all the tension I built up surrounding the call. So.. coffee and a play on twitter then a
