Another nsd for me yesterday, three in a row.
Have a few things I need to get done today, but I struggle with list. (I always aviod what is on them.)
I will list only 3 things at a time and see if that works any better for me.
Here goes
1)Exercise
2)Fill the car up with £20 diesel.
3)Do at least 1 hour of ironing(it build ups so fast)
4)Clean the inside of the car.
Ok, I know I said 3 but I have now changed it to 4:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Here goes..Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)
Lloyds CC - £3102.54 / £3071.51
B'Card - £7615.65 / £7444.30
Bank of mom - £6000 / £6000
28/02/17 £ 19,540.17 / £16515.81 05/04/170 -
Good luck cleaning out the car! I keep looking at our car and then finding something else to do instead :rotfl::rotfl:
Almost reached the end of the ironing though, I reckon another 45 mins should do it... Enjoy your Easter Monday

I agree, there is always a good reason for not cleaning the car.
My list so far
1)Exercise - done
2)Fill the car up with £20 diesel - done
3)Do at least 1 hour of ironing(it build ups so fast)
4)Clean the inside of the car done.
After I cleaned the car my OH and kids came home and decided to wash the car. So of course I ended up helping.
Then the kids decided to start taking stuff out of the garage. So, I have made a start cleaning out the garage. I have a pile of rubbish and old toys ready to go to the tip. I have found paper work in there from my old business in 2003 which can be shredded. The garage is looking a lot better but still needs another couple of hours to get rid of more rubbish.
I now have a pile of paper work in the house ready to be shredded and I also found some stuff which I can sell on ebay (if I ever get around to it.)
Ironing - I haven't even started this yet. This is the last thing on my list of 4. I'll start in 10mins:o

24 hours later and how much ironing did I do?
A big fat 0. I am so useless at this. I can't talk about it any more:(
I saw a 2 spiders last night. One was on the curtains and one was in a kitchen cupboard. They are running fast. I hate them. I don't mind the little ones too much now, but when they are big and can run fast it just turns me into jelly.
I just went to bed after they ran away, and it looks like I will be in bed by 9pm every night now, I can't sit in the living room knowing one will jump out at me.:eek::mad::mad::eek::eek::mad::eek:Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

Yeah:j I have had some good news.
I called Intrum Justita about my missing payments. They have found them. I thought there were only two payments missing but it was January, February and March. I didn't think anything would happen so quickly.
Then 10 mins later I got a call from AIC who have confirmed that they now have those payment and have reduced my balance.
So now my settlement offer is £485 for a debt which is £977. :T
I will be paying this on Thursday which will bring my debt free date one month closer.
This has cheered me up so much, I wasn't going to ask for a full and final settlement but I got one anyway.:money:
This might sound really sad but I can't wait to update my signature on Thursday.:oSmile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

Excellent news on the debt front and great news about the garage sort out too. (I won't mention the ironing!!
)
I don't think it's sad looking forward to updating your sig, I think it's quite motivating to see the numbers coming down, even though I do wish my life away... Look forward to seeing the new sig on Thursday!I myself am made entirely of flaws, stitched together with good intentions...0 -
Woohoo at the debt busting news. Not sad at all.
I am a bit nervy of Spiders ever since I saw arachnophobia as a teen:jMay 2013 new beginnings:j0 -
Back again. Better late than never:o
I haven't updated in a while but I am still debt busting. I will try and remember the things I have done over the last few weeks.
Mot - I managed to get this done early and it passed:j I only needed to change a bulb and I had done a oil change the day before using a £5 off voucher. Cost was no more than about £80 which is cheap for me. Last year spent over £300.
Assignment- I managed to get this finshed and sent off. Still waiting for it to be returned to see if I passed or have to do anymore. Think I will give them a call today.
Sky- I have cancelled sky tv. It will be switched off on the 21st June. I had a half price deal so was only paying £15.25 a month. They couldn't offer this again and wanted me to pay an extra £5 for less channels. I kindly said thanks but no thanks. They really need to look at how they sell this. I spent about 30mins on the phone and the lady kept saying what will your kids do. I kindly replied read a book, watch the free channels or play outside. She was really trying to make me feel bad about cancelling it. Anyway, I shall be free from it and saving £15.25 a month.
Carboot- I did a car boot sale the day of the royal wedding. Only 3 stalls turned up and about 8 customers. I did manage to make £35 and got rid of a load of stuff so it was still worth it for me. Can't wait to do another one.
Slimming world - I cancelled this so now saving the £24 every six weeks instead.
I have managed to stay within my £40 shopping budget:AIt really helps taking cash out in one go for the week and just having cash in my purse.
Can't remember if I have done anything else now. so I will leave it for now and try and update more often.Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)
