I posted here earlier today and for some reason my post has disappeared.:mad:Little_bit_dizzy wrote: »Just found your diary - well done for staying so motivated.
Hope that the scrapbook idea is still going well and that you've had a lovely day with the kids.
Thanks for popping in Little bit dizzy. It was a slow start at first starting the scrapbook idea but the kids are into it now and taking a lot of photos.
Total spends for yesterday £4.40
Total spends for today £9.94
I have been reading woowoo's diary and have been so inspired that I counted up all of my 1p and 2p which have been collected over the years and banked it in the post office. I had 20 bags and they took all of them.:D
So the extra £20 has been transfered into my savings.Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

Fridays spends £3 on icecreams for me and the kids. This was after a long walk in the spooky woods after work. Had a great time and plenty of exercise.
My sister then turned up late on Friday night (to stay the weekend)when I was in bed. This just stressed me out. I have told her before to ring me as soon as she knows she would like to stay over.
I wasn't prepared and had not being shopping (she loves her food)
I will leave it there as had a stressful weekend and felt put out in my own home:mad:
Saturday finally a no spend day.
Sunday - was so tried after working most of the night. My sister woke up Sunday morning and fancied bacon for breakfast. I had to go out to the local Tesco petrol station. It cost £2.56 for 6 slices of bacon.
I was so upset, I was trying for a no spend day.
When I got home she decided she didn't want the bacon after all
That just killed me. The bacon is still in the fridge.
Other stuff upsets me when she comes. I just wish she would respect me and my house when she visits.
Also put £20 petrol and took out my £40 for shopping this week.
Managed to have £15 left in my purse from last weeks shopping. I have put that in my savings account and £7 baged up in change.
Hope I get another good week. Tried to treat myself to a cake at the cake shop but they didn't have anything left that I liked. I couldn't even spend 50p:rotfl:so a no spend day for me today.Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

Ouch! Poor you - I hate people turning up out of the blue. Don't get me wrong, it's lovely to catch up with friends and family but plan it in people, please!
Is there anyway you can talk to your sister and explain how it's difficult for you when she just rocks up without warning?I myself am made entirely of flaws, stitched together with good intentions...0 -

I have mentioned it every time she turns up. She always says "don't worry about it, you don't have to prepare anything."
My sister was married a few years ago and my cousin would just turn up at her doorstep. She hated it and couldn't belive he could do such a thing. She gave him a right telling off whilst complaining to me. Now she does it to me and thinks it is ok.
I had already told my boyfriend not to come over and she then turns up.
I love my sister dearly, but hate it when she has no consideration.Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

Haven't done anything yet as still working.:o
Had a call today from AIC who now have my Natwest Loan overdraft
I am unsure if I should accept their offer of £504 to settle the account
I posted about it here
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3182746
This will bring my Debt free debt forward another month.:money:
I really thing I should take their offer now and not worry about the 2 missing payments, I would still be saving £473.
I would have paid my sister the £500 put I will have to delay her one month. Anyway, she owes me one.:pSmile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

I have been up for a good few hours this morning. Looks like it will be a lovely day again today.
I have to go to slimming world this morning. I really need to rethink about staying with this. It is not doing my budget or health any good
I brought a six week count down so I still have a few weeks to decide if I want to continue with it.
I have been thinking over the last few days were I would like to be debt wise at the end of the year. I would love to get it down to £10,000 or very close. I would really need to get my skates on as I only have 8 months to clear over £7k.
Right, time for the kids to get dressed and fed. Need to be out the door by 10am.Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

Yeah! I have lost 1/2 a pound this week:j at slimming world.
I haven't been following the plan for the last few weeks and I have been losing the weight. When I was sticking to the plan I was going up and down like a yoyo. I just don't think it is for me anymore.
So I have decided to cancel it when the 6 weeks run out. I will be glad to have my Wednesday mornings back again.
I needed to buy a couple of things which I didn't get yesterday. I can't believe I forgot my purse at home. That has never happened to me before.:D
It is library day today. The kids want to rid their bikes so we will ride to the library. I really need to get myself a bike now, I don't want to be left behind.Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)
