The date on my invoice is 19 oct 06.
So you just have to send the bill that confirms that you were connected on the 19th Feb 07 - which you will probably receive in March 07:)

Now i am confused, i was thinking invoices from january or february now it could be march. So are we looking at sending the invoice in that shows month 4 bill has been paid/Even the quote from the website is confusing saying it is redeemable month 4 so it is open to interpretation and could be any of the 3 months

JAnuary bill - the recent bill i have come the 14th feb which is 120 days
February bill - would show billing for month 4 (120 days)
March bill - proof that i had paid month 4 bill.

It would be good once we get a definate on this one to post it and make it a sticky as im sure there are a few people like me trying to suss this out and it would maybe help others to get there claim in on time.

  • This is the way i see it...

You connected on 19th October 2006
    120 days is 19th Feb 2007

From this time, you have 30 days to submit a claim.
On the 19th Feb 2007 post them the latest bill you have (as long as not older than 28 days). This is what it says on website.

BUT do not post the relevant bill BEFORE 19 Feb as they will simply return it

Thank you both for helping me clear this up, so 120 days being connected is 19th feb bill due 21 st feb wait and send that bill in as the previous one would be too close to the 28 days old by the time they recieve it and its 30 days from 120 days connected i go by:beer:

Its not as bad on tightness of timing as you think. Although your 1st bill is dated 18th Oct or so, your next bill will be dated something like 2 Nov and monthly thereafter. All the tel cos seem to bill in this way. They decide on a date for your billing cycle which will not be the same as the day of the month on which you are connected. Hence your 1st bill will not have been for a full month: only to the start of your billing cycle. Strange but true ! This actually makes it easier to get the right bill in to OSPS.

My first bill was for 2 days then a full month hence i presumed the billing date would be 19th but i will wait and see when the next bill comes in.

gk172 - bookmark this thread, and every time you receive a bill - just bump the thread and mentioon the date/month of bill. That way we can run youthrough exactly when & how you need to claim.

You have probably done more than most of us in preparing for it - so you will be OK :)

Click here - (on Chequeback) and (on which bill to send in) tap in when your contracted started and it should inform you of the bill to send in.

Just checked this one out and it seems according to the site offering same months cashback that january bill after the 14th (120 days) would be the bill to send in, glad i noticed the other thread.:T

PS Sorry i dont know how to copy a quote from another thread and this was the best i could do.

Just remember that with e2save, you can send the claim to them as soon as you receive the bill, however with OSPS, you can receive the relavant bill - BUT WAIT for the 120 days to elapse before sending the claim off (slight difference, but crucial distinction)
