The bill you have to hand on the 17th Feb 2007 is the one you submit for claim 1. But you must send it on or after the 17th Feb - not before (even if you receive it earlier than the 17th Feb)0 -
Would they reject it if i hold off from the 17th and send the bill that arrives at me 21/22nd making it month 5? or am i best just sending in the january 21/22 invoice after the 17th feb? Or will it not make a differance? Presuming i have 17 feb-17 mar to send an invoice.
I appreciate all the help as i was trying to get my head around which bill to send but i have the date now just the invoice. The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -

1. You HAVE to send in the bill in your hand on the 17th of FEB. Then it must arrive at OSPS within 30days of the date on the BILL (not when it arrives). This bill proves/confirms that you were connected to the network for 120 days.
2. The bill you receive AFTER that doesnt prove that yu were connected for 120 days, and by sending that one off - your claim will be deemed LATE and that will render claim 1, 2 & 3 VOID.0 -
So that then really only gives me 4 days to get the invoice posted and recieved as my invoice should be dated 18th january post it on the 14th feb (120 days) to be recieved before 18th feb:eek:The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0

Yes my connection date is 17th oct 06 and 120 days later is the 14th feb 07, my first bill came through 21/22 of this month so presuming thats my billing date the invoice i send off will be dated 21/22 january 07 so i should have this invoice to osps not later than 21/22 febor am i still getting it wrong?
Im really sorry if not too fast picking this up, its shamefull that osps and the likes make it so confusing for us to make our claims succesfully. The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -

1. What is the date on your 1st bill? Its unlikely to be the 17th Oct. More likely 2x something.
2. As for 'its shameful of OSPS...' - well thats why they do it. For every one person that gets it, perhaps 3 dont. And that s how they make their money???0 -
