I agree: we wouldn't want to widen a Job Seekers chances of actually getting a job now would we :rotfl:

How do you suggest sourcing 15 labourers for tommorrow (for example) without advertising in the JC, or inviting people to register, just out of interest?

    Don't we use press gangs?

just out of interest, What about if the client then calls the agency to say they don't need the workers now ?

You get to go home & watch Murder She Wrote whilst debating with yourself why some Eastern European is now driving your FLT.

What if they do? As an unemployed Job Seekers I'd rather spend 30 mins filling in a form and having an interview for a job I might get, or might get an alternative to, then not apply and be guaranteed nothing.

You would think so with the fuss. I'm happy to be out of this. Sales is a doddle compared to candidates.

Thank god most "candidates" aren't as stupid, disruptive, insulting & argumentative as these 3.

In fact, most of them are normal. :D

I have admitted no such thing. They are existant, just not at that given point in time. When I put them in the window, it's because my client have said they will need more people for the same/similar roles. You're doing a very good job of twisting words to make your nit picking seem credible (which incidentally, is not working).

I didn't miss your question at all, I don't have to justify myself to you or anyone else. I KNOW i'm a damn good consultant as my clients and my candidates will testify to. If I wasn't, I wouldn't have been in the same agency for 5 years. Bad consultants are moved on rather quickly.

:rotfl:This is hilarious. You clearly wrote that you have 8 adverts that are not "live" therefore you admitted you are advertising non-existant jobs. You can dress it up all you like and try and blame me for twisting words but your words needed no twisting. It was black and white.

And your inability to answer a simple question such as "when do you advise candidates the jobs are not live", and then your subsequent rant, makes you look rather silly.

Well done on your 5 years with one company. Let's hope your candidates do not see through your fake adverts and you can continue to register new unsuspecting people.

Best post yet on this thread. Fantastic idea and merits further consideration given the length of this thread.

Worth a PM to one of the board mods?

Would have perhaps been a good idea prior to this thread, but now not so sure. Due to the responses and arrogance of mostof the RC's who have contributed on this thread, My opinion of them has sunk even lower and certainly would be one of those who wouldn't use it.

Very admirable, you have just made your opinions completely unworthy and have proven that you are deceitful and misleading. You must suit your job down to the ground :rotfl:
