I have admitted no such thing. They are existant, just not at that given point in time. When I put them in the window, it's because my client have said they will need more people for the same/similar roles. You're doing a very good job of twisting words to make your nit picking seem credible (which incidentally, is not working).
I didn't miss your question at all, I don't have to justify myself to you or anyone else. I KNOW i'm a damn good consultant as my clients and my candidates will testify to. If I wasn't, I wouldn't have been in the same agency for 5 years. Bad consultants are moved on rather quickly.
