Hi! My husband has an NEC e540 phone on Orange PAYG phone. Never heard of this personally. I need to get it unlocked as he wants to put a Spanish sim in it. Please can you tell me where/how I can get this done. Thanks

The IMEI is 352972003944448 and it's locked to Virgin.

I paid for a code (#pw+207 785 035 202 503+7#) - which doesn't work ... (what a waste of money that was!!)
