And its definitely locked, when i insert an orange sim card i get "Phone Restricted", with the option to press Undo, if i put the code in there i get "Phone Restricted"

Insert a WRONG sim card, one that doesn’t work in your phone. When it says phone restricted, press ‘undo’. It will ask you for a restriction code, and input the code into the box on the screen.

There are no remote codes for that phone, you will have to contact your service provider so see if they will unlock it for you, but will cost.

"Cannot undo restriction" message means you have already used all your code attempts so direct unlock only now
