Nokia 5140 - IMEI 353 354 004 322 743 on Orange.

I've entered the 1# and 7# codes generated when I used the Nokia unlock calculator v3.10 but both came back with "code error" - so that's two attempts gone.
I've since downloaded the Cyber GSM software which comes up with slightly different codes but I'm wary of trying them 'just in case' I've done something wrong there as well.

Can any of the MSE experts help me please.
