The 2310 can only be unlocked by your network at the moment, and the 6020 we need the IMEI number press *#06#

only 3 attempts so dont try each code more than once
use different sim in to enter code
no spaces
use * key to get the PW+
if this is what you did then what was the message when you tried code

i think you need a different sim in these to enter the code (a sim that doesnt work) and you need to press middle button to complete the unlock
